2. Acceptance of Terms

Aqal Stream provides a comprehensive property management platform that enables users to:

• Manage properties, units, and tenant information
• Track rent payments and generate invoices
• Handle utility billing and maintenance requests
• Generate reports and analytics
• Access tenant portals and communication tools

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

4. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

5. Payments and Billing

Certain features of the Service may require payment of fees. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as applicable.

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in these Terms. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

You are responsible for providing valid payment information and authorizing us to charge your payment method for all fees. If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Aqal Stream and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Transfer or sublicense your rights to use the Service

7. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload, submit, or store through the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to grant us the license described above. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL Aqal Stream, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF OR ANY INABILITY TO USE ANY PORTION OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the Service. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service and may cancel your account.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aqal Stream operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association, except where prohibited by law.
